POLSELLI MIX

The blend of soft grains, slow and delicate processing and addition of natural sourdough ensure a light product with good alveoli that is highly digestible and has a pronounced crust.
All of this with direct proofing (6-8 hours) at room temperature. Suitable for baking in electric ovens, perfect for wood ovens. Medium-high baking temperatures (360°-380° C) recommended.
