TABBARE' Syrah DOC Sicilia

Full-bodied, fruity and intense. It is a pure Syrah, obtained from grapes conducted in agriculture of certified phytosanitary reduction. An international vine with a great aromatic kit that is now part of the history of Sicily. The clay soil gives the final product a wide aromatic set and a complex structure. The alcoholic fermentation and subsequently the malolactic fermentation, give the wine an adequate pleasantness and softness. The final result is a distinctive wine for the complexity of the bouquet and the great persistence on the palate, factors that confirm its majesty and elegance.
DENOMINATION: D.O.C. Sicilia.
ENO-SENSORY ANALYSIS
COLOR: Veiled ruby red with violet reflections.
BOUQUET: Intense hints of berries and plums, surrounded by peaks of spices such as black pepper.
TASTE: it has a robust and warm body, the tannin is soft and beautifully envelops the palate. The acidity enhances the aromas and the finish is long and pleasant.
HOW TO TASTE IT
PAIRINGS: Perfect to taste with aperitifs, cold cuts, red meats and aged cheeses.

AGRONOMIC DATA

OENOLOGICAL DATA
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% Vol.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, gently destemmed, and before alcoholic fermentation a cold prefermentative maceration takes place. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in steel tanks for 3 months.
REFINEMENT IN BOTTLE: 4 months before marketing.

Marchesi di Rampingallo belongs to the Russo Messina family in Sicily, which has identified this territory by completely renewing and renovating the beam of 1700, transforming it into a modern cellar for the production of high quality wines, thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies.
The vineyards, of native varieties, extend between the hills, with an altitude between 60 and 260 meters. The vineyards have been planted in a medium-sloped soil, particularly suitable with a southern exposure, characterized by a favorable microclimate, a strong temperature range between day and night and mitigated by the winds coming from the south.
The vineyards are mainly grown on a clayey soil of marble that gives the wine particular characteristics such as structure, longevity and softness, which give the flavor complex olfactory and gustatory sensations
